- All orders include information packet of recipes, appropriate sauces and appropriate tools if necessary.
- Florida/Monroe county tax of 7.5% will be added to all ready to eat foods and added at time of shipping.
- We ship orders Monday through Friday for Tuesday to Saturday delivery.

Shipping & Handling
We ship "FedEx Priority Overnight" to your door! Please plan to be available the next day to receive your package and promptly refrigerate it.
All orders are shipped with no signature release. The driver will leave the package at the front door without a signature and that signifies acceptance of the order.
We recommend that someone is there within the designated time frame to accept delivery of the order and promptly refrigerate it.

- Fed Ex does not pick up from us on Sundays.
- Saturday Deliveries by Fed Ex are for limited areas only. They do charge an extra $20 for Saturday Delivery.
- Fed Ex does not deliver to post office boxes - a physical residence or business address is required.
- We send all packages with Fed Ex Release so it can be left at your door without a signature. If you do not want this, put change in the comment section of the order form.
- Please check your information before submitting order (spelling of name, street address, phone number etc) to ensure your delivery makes it to the proper location.
- Unforeseen factors (i.e. extreme weather) may affect delivery time. Islamorada Fish Company will not be liable for reimbursement on late arrival of delivery due to shipping delays.
- Fed Ex does not guarantee overnight delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
