Shipping & Handling
We ship "FedEx Priority Overnight" to your door! Please plan to be available the next day to receive your package and promptly refrigerate it.
All orders are shipped with no signature release. The driver will leave the package at the front door without a signature and that signifies acceptance of the order.
We recommend that someone is there within the designated time frame to accept delivery of the order and promptly refrigerate it.
note:
Shipping and handling charge includes the cost of reusable Styrofoam cooler and gel packs.
FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes - a physical residence or business address is required.
FedEx charges an extra $20.00 for Saturday delivery.
FedEx charges an extra $20.00 for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. They do not, however, guarantee overnight delivery.
Unforeseen factors (i.e. extreme weather) may affect delivery time. Islamorada Fish Company will not be liable for reimbursement on late arrival of delivery due to shipping delays.
FedEx shipping fees begin at $54.50 for the first box (or pound) and goes up roughly $6 a pound after that.
